Shipping & Freight
Items ordered are shipped via courier or road freight depending on size and weight. All shipments are shipped with tracking numbers and can be tracked when required. Our standard road freight carrier is Mainstream. We use Courier Post for items under 25kg to save you money. If you select the one day service to the South Island we will send your goods via Courier post. Shipping costs are calculated automatically as such if shipping cost is calculated incorrectly, we reserve the right to charge more to compensate. Likewise if the shipping cost is excessive please contact us to check the charge.
Returns
Most stock items can be returned, providing they are in unused condition with the original packing. A 15% restocking fee may apply and freight can not be refunded. Indent items can not be returned.
Warranty Policy
The new items sold by VPNZ are backed by a 12-month factory warranty against defects in materials supplied and workmanship defects only.
This warranty provides repair or replacement at the supplier’s choice only if the product is found to have material or workmanship defects with in a 12 month period from supply to the customer. Warranty does not cover any equipment or goods that this item may be connected to. Nor does it cover any losses in revenue resulting from a defect.
If a product is suspected of a defect, the product should be immediately sent back to our workshop. Our workshop will assess the product to determine if it is defective in material or workmanship. If determined to be defect in material or workmanship VPNZ will under take to repair or replace the item at our discretion and at VPNZ’s cost. If the fault is determined to be for some other reason than faulty material or workmanship all costs incurred will be charged to the purchaser.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure, that if their plant is critical to their operation and must continue to run, that have adequate redundancy or similar back up plans for their operation.
If available VPNZ can supply a hire pump at our standard hire charge, if a defect is fount to be covered under the warranty then the hire charge may be credited back to the purchaser at VPNZ’s discretion.
To ensure protection of the product the product should be used and serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and considering the application of use.
Liability
All information, advice, recommendation or assistance given by VPNZ is given in good faith and believed to be appropriate and reliable to the best of our knowledge.
